My deepest condolences. I must admit, I hadn't thought of Scott in years, then I saw this listing and the moment I saw his name I was flooded with childhood memories of him and another neighborhood boy who would come to my house, play with my dog, go sledding, spend tireless hours building forts in the woods, strategically making blueprints, climbing trees, catching frogs. I distinctly remember him being a friend who was there for me when I had family issues and I have a perfect vision of his smile. He really was so kind. Tears roll down my face at the thought of his departure at such a young age. Thank you, Scott, for being a true childhood friend. I'm so sorry to his family and friends. You are all in my deepest thoughts. May you keep sharing your big heart Scott. Rest peacefully. -Courtney

All the sorry's in the world do not take away the pain, especially when you lose someone so young. I am hope this poem might help to bring some solace.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft star-shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
This poem has comforted me. I hope it does you as well
