Obituary
Terrie Lee Pancoast passed away peacefully at home in Littleton, New Hampshire on May 12, 2023 with her husband, Thomas Pancoast, along with her daughters, Sarah Lusardi and Deborah Jokinen, by her side.
Terrie was born on July 15, 1953 in Niagara Falls, New York to James (Jim) C. and Beverley June Andersen. She spent most of her life in the Hudson Valley, New York where she worked as a paralegal, moving to Littleton in 1998. She enjoyed cooking and baking for everyone and delighted in cooking Italian for her father-in-law, and trying out new dishes on her daughters, two vegetarian stepdaughters, and her husband (a self-proclaimed fussy eater). She frequently sent Tom off to deliver hot meals to her older neighbors. Terrie also enjoyed gardening, dabbling in wallpapering, refinishing woodwork and floors, and writing computer code.
She is also survived by four grandchildren, Michael, Charlie, Lyndon and Gwen; three stepdaughters, Jessica Storey, MacLean Nasrallah and Alexandra Johnson; three sisters, Arlene Jyawook, Patti Hankamp and Shelly NeJame; one brother, James (Jim) Andersen; and her beloved cousin, Deborah Pauline. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, John (Joey) Andersen.
She will be missed.
