Noel Christopher Murray

Noel Christopher Murray, 62, of Lisbon, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at home on June 26, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on December 20, 1962, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Noel was the beloved son of Marylouise Bernatchy. He lived a life marked by quiet strength, deep loyalty, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

Noel leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Mary, with whom he shared a life of love, partnership, and quiet joys. He was a proud and loving father to three daughters: Donabeth Presby and her husband Ryan, Charlayna Laliberty and her husband Will, Corrie Lapointe and her husband Max. Nothing brought him greater joy than being “Grampa” to his seven cherished grandchildren: Nolan, Addison, Cameron, William, Charles, Karter, and Josie. He also leaves behind his loyal companion, Hops, who was never far from his side and brought comfort, humor, and friendship throughout his final years.

A lifelong New Englander at heart, Noel made his home in Lisbon, New Hampshire, where he built a life rooted in family, hard work, and selflessness. He was a dedicated and skilled carpenter who took pride in every project he touched. Whether it was building something from scratch or lending a helping hand on his daughters’ home projects, Noel could always be counted on for his craftsmanship, quiet dependability, and generous spirit.

We will be celebrating my father, Noel Murray, on July 20th at the Moore Dam Waterford Boat Launch at 12pm. We are hopeful to have my dad’s boat up and running! We will have sandwiches, salads and drinks. Bring a chair and a bathing suit!
