Murray R. Plante

Murray Plante born May 8, 1936, passed away on April 18, 2022, at Lafayette nursing home in Franconia NH.  He graduated from Bethlehem High School in 1956. He served in the US Army from July 1958 to November 1959 and was stationed in Frankfort Germany. He worked at Salta Tire Company in Littleton NH for 18 years. He was well known and respected in the community where he worked and lived. He is predeceased by his parents William and Blanche (Gadbois) Plante formerly of Bethlehem NH.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Elaine Plante of Littleton, his brother Albert Plante and his wife Peggy of Bethlehem NH, his five children, Cindy Broome of Pocatello Idaho, Chris Plante and his wife Kim of Stratford NH, Philip Plante of Bristol NH, Margaret Plante of Lyman NH and Timothy Plante and his wife Kristil of Conway NH. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren; Brian, Cheri, Chris, Katelyn, Stephanie, Samuel, Lysander, Tammi, Cory, and Connor. He also has several great-grandkids and nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his great-grandchildren Allie Clement and Rylan Baughman.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 10:00 AM, at the St. Rose Lima Cemetery, with Father Mark Dollard officiating.
