Obituary

Marjorie A. Blodgett, 87, Littleton, passed away at her home after declining health on February 27, 2023. She was born in Walden, VT, the daughter of John and Elenora (Hughes) McPherson. She was the fifth child of seven siblings. She attended school in Lyman, NH, and years later graduated from McIntosh College Dover, NH. Marjorie worked at New England Electric Wire and various stitching companies in the area. She loved attending Crossroads Church and serving as the secretary gave her great joy.  Her favorite pass time was sitting on her porch in Landaff, NH, and entertaining company. The porch served as comfort for her as years went on with her health. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Marjorie E. Hubbard February 9, 1965.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years William “Bill” Blodgett, Littleton, NH, three daughters, Paula M. Bullard, Ryegate, VT, Geraldine Hubbard, Barrington, NH, Debi and husband Butch Chamberlain, Bath, NH, a brother Mitch McPherson, a sister Betty and husband Mark Dube, 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.

As per her and the families wishes there will be no services.
