Lee Sellingham Obituary

Lee Ann Sellingham, 77, of North Woodstock, NH passed away peacefully, May 24th, 2022 surrounded by her children. Lee was born April, 13th, 1945 to Kenneth Wilson and Lillian Irene Stone in Hanover, NH. Lee enjoyed country music, Phase 10, dancing, camping, collecting salt and pepper shakers, and her Monday night “ Wrastling”. Lee worked at Burndys for many years in Lincoln, NH. After retirement, she enjoyed her daily drives around town, after getting her large iced mocha coffee, "no ice" from DD. Often oblivious that her family passed her. John Cena was her favorite wrestler. One of her fondest memories was sitting ringside next to his father at a wrestling event with her family. To say he was taken aback by Lee’s wit and humor is an understatement. Lee loved her Dachshunds, Darla Mae, and Sophie. She loved them so much, she owned every dachshund figurine ever made. She even had vanity plates “ Sophie”, so everyone knew when Lee was behind the wheel. Lee’s greatest gift was laughter. Whether it be with others or at herself. She was always happy and had a smile on her face. She was predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Ray Sellingham, and her sister Jerry Dube.

She is survived by her three children; daughter, Floraine and Jon Place of Easton, daughter Tammy and Allan Robbins of North Haverhill, and son David Robinson Jr and Shannon of Thornton. Her four stepdaughters; Vicky and David Harrington of Lincoln, Carol and Russell Clark of North Woodstock, Patti and Danny Salazar of North Woodstock, and Leslie and Robert York of Lincoln. Be it Nana or Gram to 15 grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Her very best friend, Linda Belanger who she always referred to as her sister. Mom could always be seen waving goodbye from the window as you drove away. Remember to always  “Wave goodbye as though it was the last time, and hello as though it was the first time.
