Lee H. Jackson, 72, died Sunday, May 15, at the Littleton Regional Hospital. He was born in Concord, VT, the son of Ernest and Alice (Brown) Jackson. Most of Lee’s life was spent in Gilman, VT, then Brandon, VT, and eventually Littleton, NH. He spent a brief time in Franconia when his health began to decline. He and his mother lived at the Lane House where he continued to live after her passing. He was a prominent figure in the Littleton community where he was often seen walking from Walmart or Porfido’s back to the Lane House with his weekly shopping. He Volunteered at the Littleton Senior Center as well as local churches. He received the award for Volunteer of the year. He loved to play BINGO. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister Eva Hale, and his brother Martin Jackson.
He is survived by his brother Larry and wife Diana, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 27, 12-2 PM, with a service at 2:00 PM with Reverend Lyn Winter at the Ross Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery, Lunenburg, VT.
