Joseph Richard Obituary

Joseph Anthony Richard of Whitefield NH, died on June 22, 2021 after a year long battle with cancer at the age of 52. He was born in Livonia, Michigan on March 5,1969 to his mother, Linda (Bryan) Richard and predeceased by his father Donald F. Richard Sr. He grew up in Dover NH and graduated 1987.

Joe was an avid outdoors man, wood worker and carpenter. In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking with his wife Dawn M. Hanson-Richard. Joe helped with construction of the Garrison Tower Project in Dover NH, worked as a Warehouse Forman for Holmwoods Furniture Store (20+ years) and Associated Buyers (10+ years). He also met his wife while at Associated Buyers and retired in 2020 from his commercial truck route with Schwan's.

Joe is survived by his wife Dawn, Mother Linda, brother Donald F. Richard Jr. and wife Katherine Richard, sisters Renee Richard- Dyke and her husband Henry Dyke Jr., Bridgette Richard; his eight children Ashlynne McIntyre and her husband Jon McIntyre, Tyler Lisbon, Shaileigh Wiggins, and Jacob Richard and fiancée Meghan Roberts, Amanda Hanson, Jessica Hanson, Natasha Hanson, Mariah Borden and her fiancé Matthew Moron, and his six grandchildren; Davyn, Tavia, Jayce, Dylan, Weston, and Killian, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
