Jane (Knight) Ferrelli

Jane Knight Ferrelli, 86, died peacefully at the Lafayette Center in Franconia, N.H. on September 20, 2022. She was born in Westbrook, Maine on November 28, 1935, to her parents Lawrence Knight and Racheal Bettez Knight.

Jane was the eldest of eight children. She is survived by her sisters Cynthia McGarry, Mary Randall and brother Richard Knight of Westbrook, Maine. She is predeceased by her brothers Michael Knight, Bruce Knight, and sisters Gail Soule and Deborah Walsh.

Jane attended Westbrook High School and the College of Our Lady of Mercy. Jane's dream was to become an airline stewardess. She was accepted by Northeast Airlines in 1957. It was at this time while living in Boston that she met Frank D. Ferrelli. They were married in Westbrook, Maine in 1959. Jane and Frank moved to Franconia, NH in 1966 where they lived together until her husband Frank passed away in 2007. Jane was a woman of great faith and shared her love of the Lord with everyone she met.

A loving mother and grandmother, Jane is survived by her daughter Alison Ferrelli Morris, her husband Richard Morris of Franconia, NH  and grandchildren Zach Morris, Jared Morris, and Neville Morris. She is also survived by her son Frank Peter Ferrelli, his wife Teresa Caristi Ferrelli of Winchester, MA and grandchildren, Christopher, Anna, John, and Sophia Ferrelli.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church in Franconia, NH. All are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Alzheimer's Association 309 Waverley Oaks Road,  Waltham, MA 02452  alz.org/ The family would like to thank the staff at the Lafayette Center for caring for Jane during her stay, in particular with great mention to her niece and God Daughter, Connie Dyer McKenzie of Franconia, NH.
