Eleanor Hill Obituary
Eleanor I. Hill of Whitefield, NH passed on Sunday, September 5th, at the Littleton Regional Hospital. She was born in West Stewartstown the daughter of Edwin and Cora (Colby) Sweeney. She is preceded in death by her husband Willard E. Hill Sr.
Eleanor worked as a seamstress at Manchester Knitting Factory for many years until she retired. During her retirement she enjoyed spending time with family at camp, fishing, going to yard sales, berry picking, making homemade donuts, knitting, and many more priceless memories.
Eleanor is survived by her 3 children, Betty Gray and husband Bobby, Whitefield, NH, William Hill Sr., and wife Althea, Whitefield, NH, and Jenny Jewell, and spouse Richard, Monroe, NH. Sister Katherine Sheridan and husband Harald, Littleton, NH, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 25th, 11:00 AM at the Pine Street Cemetery, Whitefield, NH with Pastor Pamela Smith officiating.
