Obituary

Alice Margaret Rossell, 101, of Sugar Hill, NH, died peacefully in her home on February 14, 2023.  She was born in Duquesne, PA on July 31, 1921, the daughter of Amy (Donalson) and Henry Schink.  She was predeceased by her husband Edgar L. Rossell.  Alice was a resident of Sugar Hill for over 40 years, having moved from Florida in 1982 to own and operate The White House Bed and Breakfast in Sugar Hill (later known as The Hilltop Inn). She was a dedicated Christian and congregant of the Sugar Hill Community Church.  She was grateful for and well taken care of in her declining years by the North Country Home Health and Hospice. 

Alice is survived by her daughter Jane Justice of KY and daughter and son in law Amy and Bill Roy of Sugar Hill, NH.

A memorial service will be held at the Sugar Hill Community Church on Saturday February 25 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to:  CEF of NH.  Memo line should read General Fund S-800, in memory of Alice Rossell.
