So sad to learn of Vinnie's passing. May he be at peace with Lord. I always loved seeing him around town. He was so sweet to say hi, his laugh was infectious. Prayers to all the family for your sudden loss.

I was so saddened to hear Vinnie passed away. I had the pleasure of working with Vinnie for several years at Woodsville Walmart. He was my veteran buddy having served in Turkey during the Viet Nam War. I saw Vinnie this past fall at the store, and as always, he was his smiling jovial self. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I worked with Vin at Walmart for several years, and enjoyed every minute of it. He was a wonderful person, and I am so glad I got the chance to know him. Please accept my sympathies for your loss.

My uncle Vinnie gave me one of my first jobs as a 15 year old. He would, at my mom's request, pick me up every Saturday and bring to his glass business in Eagle Park (Prov, RI). I was instructed where to get the coffees for everyone and how I would spend my day cleaning up the mess he called a shop as he went out on jobs. One Saturday after returning to the shop with the morning caffeine Uncle Vin told me to get in the truck. He was a man of few words so I was either going home or he was showing me a new place to get coffee. We stopped at a store front and I proceed to watch a real man go to work. He replaced a full pain of glass in the front of the store while I handed him tools and cleaned up before we left. As the Saturdays passed he let me do more each time until i was doing small jobs with him telling me to be careful as he watched.
He was a quiet strong man and he taught me a lot things that I will never forget.

RIP Uncle Vin

With sincere and deepest sympathy. I knew Vin well through my dad (Peter Munro) I always looked forward to hearing old stories of their adventures together. I had the priveledge of visiting Vin a little back with my brother Eddie. We talked for hours about how proud he was of his children and grandchildren, how much he loved his wife Shirley and of course more great stories about he and my dad and their adventures when they were young. Thank you for the memories Vin. You will be missed. With much affection; may you rest in peace.

Our thought and prayers for all of Vinny family, he was my uncle and I can recall many great adventures he had taken us on. I was always invited along to be with Sue(only girls in our family we hung tight together). We got to explore our world around us on these adventure. He taught us how to cook hot dogs over and open fire on a stick, sleep with bed rolls( cause we did not have sleeping bags)on camping trips, skiing down the slopes of NH ,or hanging at his glass shop playing with old fashion cash register. Oh the great wonderful memories. He will be missed RIP uncle Vin and thanks for taking me along.
