LZ G Burkham

Elzey “LZ” Burkham, 67 of Lyman, died on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at his home surrounded by family & friends. He was born April 18, 1951 in St. Louis MO to Elzey G Burkham Jr. & Nancy Floyd Burkham.

LZ began Burkham Construction Co. in 1976 where he was a mentor and better known as Bossman to many. He was self employed most of his life. LZ met Elaine Dionne “his Punkin” August 26, 1995 in Waterville Valley, NH. The two were married December 27, 2003 in Campton, NH. LZ is survived by his wife Elaine D. Burkham, his brother Scott C. Burkham and his wife Frances of St. Louis, MO, his sister Elizabeth B. Kenney and her husband Paul of Georgetown, MA., his Step Children Eric Cousens and his wife Dawn of Turner, Maine, Andrea D. Fancher and her husband Rusty of Lignum, Va. He was Uncle LZ to Marguerite Merritt, Scott Burkham, Frances Burkham, Elliott Kenney and Pepere to Melina, Dylan, Emma & Eason. He is also survived by his dog Tikka. LZ is predeceased by his parents.
